Our big crustless bread is completely unique concept in the bakery industry when it comes to quality, variety and cost.
In the beginning, the loaf of bread weights 27 lb. Then we remove all the crust, leaving a bread of 8 lb, which is the “heart” of the loaf.
The product is delivered already baked, sliced and frozen, allowing the client to use a fresh product whenever they need, with a maximized shelf life. It can be stored frozen for 2 years or stored for up to 7 days in the fridge. Thawed at room temperature, our bread can be removed from the freezer as needed and as it thaws, the bread releases its unique fresh baked aroma. Any unused bread can go back in the fridge without any compromise to the bread’s quality. It is perfect for any menu application, requiring minimal direction for any level of kitchen staff.
It is available in the following types: white, brown, whole wheat, tomato and spinach. Each box contains 3 packages, each one with 12 slices of 10”x 10” x 3/8 weighing 47 ounces each. These all natural breads contain no additives or preservatives and are made with premium quality ingredients.
This product is not final customer focused. It was developed to satisfy the foodservice and retail needs of a larger product to save time, money and labor when it comes to bread.
It is not a product to replace the regular loaf but a type of bread to make new items.
